Kiyomi is a character I created for an RPG, which got shut down three weeks afterward ~_~ what a waste...I thought she was kewl! Her powers were to shift through time and space because she was Sailorclio (Sailor Clio), Clio being the Muse of History from Greek Mythology. I spent forever making her full bio *^_^ but I guess it doesn't really matter now, does it? ah well! I kinda like the picture, although her right arm is a bit long, and no one seems to get what her hand is doing *^_^
