    1. Start MS Access  
    2. Make a new file  
     - Specify that you want a new database file  
    3. Save the file as "Practice 1" in the My Documents folder  
    4. Use the tool labeled "Create a Table by Entering Data"  
    5. When done, close the table window  
     - Do you want to save the changes?  YES!  
     - Give the table a name  
         
    Let's make this table together:
