White Chocolate Cranberry Loaf 
(Bread Machine)
- 3/4 cup milk 
- 1 egg 
- 2 tablespoons water 
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 3 cups bread flour 
- 2 tablespoons sugar 
- 3/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast 
- 2 ozs white baking bar, chopped 
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries 
Instructions:
For the 1 1/2 lb loaf, the bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more. Use the basic white bread cycle. 
NOTES : You can use 1/3 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips in place of the white baking bar, if you prefer.
