Heavenly Whole Wheat Bread (ABM)
- 1 1/8 cup water 
- 2 cups whole wheat flour 
- 1 cup bread flour 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 
- 2 tablespoons sugar 
- 1/4 cup potato flakes 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast 
- 1 tablespoon vital gluten 
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start. 
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
