Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. mushrooms
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Parmegiana cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
- Worcestershire sauce to taste (about 1 - 2 Tablespoons)
- paprika
- chopped parsley
Instructions:
Clean mushrooms, remove stems and insides and chop. Melt butter. Add chopped onion and chopped mushrooms and saute. Add bread crumbs, cheese, crabmeat and Worcestershire sauce. Put mixture in mushrooms. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Note: If they appear too dry for your tastes, add a little extra butter or Worcestershire sauce.
