Mike's Guacamole
Instructions:
(approximate portions only) 
Pick a slightly soft, mostly dark-skinned, rough-skin variety avocado (or six, or whatever).  Open it and scoop it 
out of the skin.  Slice it up a bit and then squish up more 
with a fork.
  
Add a small dollop of sour cream, a good dash of cumin, 
finely chopped cilitrano, garlic powder, fine chopped onion (just a bit), a tiny dash of salt, the juice of half a lime, 
and maybe a tablespoon of hot salsa or some chili powder (small amount).  
Use a fork to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.  It won't keep, so eat it all NOW.
