Potato Skins
- 4 to 6 baked potatoes
- melted margarine or butter
- salt & pepper
- shredded cheese
- jalapenos
- onions
- bacon bits
Instructions:
Slice each potato in half, then again. Scoop out insides & place those in a bowl(for cheese potatoes). Brush skins with butter,
sprinkle with salt & pepper, then put on other ingredients. Broil a few minutes to get crispy.
Cheese potatoes:
- potato insides from skins
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno juice
Mix cheese soup & jalapeno juice together and microwave until melted ( 1 to 2 min.) Mix with potaotes. Put in greased 8x8 glass
dish and put sliced jalapenos on top. Bake 350 degrees until hot.
