Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 pkg. bacon
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Instructions:
Fry bacon until crispy.  Wash mushrooms and pull off the stems; save for use in another dish.  Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Crumble bacon onto softened cream cheese and mix in 2 Tablespoons of the bacon drippings.  Pile mixture in the button cavity of the mushroom.  Place on cookie sheet and broil 2 to 3 minutes.  Serve as a warm hors d'oeuvre.
