Two-Cheese Onion Dip
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese 
- 4 ounces blue cheese 
- 1/3 cup light cream 
- 1 can (3 1/2 ounces) French fried onions, crushed 
- Paprika 
- Minced parsley 
Instructions:
Put cheeses and cream in blender and whirl until smooth. Stir in onions, put in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and
parsley. Serve with potato chips and/or crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
