Baked Chicken Salad






Instructions:
Mix celery, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings and enough mayo to moisten it real well. Mix lightly, spoon into a 1 1/2 quart dish. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Top with combined remaining cheese and chips bake till cheese melts!!

NOTE: Sour Cream and Cheddar potato chips makes it incredibly delicious!
