Beer Cheese
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened 
- 1 package (8 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 
- 1 garlic clove, minced 
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 
- 1/4 cup beer 
Instructions:
Beat cheese at medium speed until smooth. 
Add garlic and the next 3 ingredients. 
Beat well. 
Gradually add beer, beating until blended. 
Chill for 1 hour. 
Makes 2 1/2 cups. 
 
This is great with a warm crusty bread.
