Cheese Ball #3

• 2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
• 3-5 oz. dried beef, chopped fine
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
• 1 onion, small and chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon "Accent" monosodium glutamate
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Add all ingredients but dried beef. Beat mixture until mixed. Add dried beef. Shape ball with spatula on a plate. Serve with crackers or bread. Cheese balls also make excellent gifts.
