Spinach Balls
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon MSG (optional)
Instructions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Add all other ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Makes approximately 100 balls. Can be frozen before baking and baked later on. (Microwavable.)
