Spinach Dip
    
Spinach Dip
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped 
- 1 cup mayonnaise 
- 1 cup sour cream 
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine 
- 1 pack Knorr dry vegetable mix 
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach 
- 1 round loaf of bread 
- crackers 
Instructions:
Cook spinach with no salt. Let cool. 
Mix together other ingredients except bread. 
Squeeze water from spinach. Add to mixed ingredients. 
Chill for 2 hours. 
Hollow out bread and cut inside of bread into bite-sized pieces. 
Put dip into bread round and serve with the bread pieces 
surrounding it. May also be served with crackers.
