Cheesy Beef Roll-Ups
- 8-oz. package Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons prepared Horseradish
- 5, 8-inch Flour Tortillas
- 30 Spinach leaves, stems removed
- 10 thin slices Italian Roast Beef
- 8-oz. American Process Cheese, shredded (About 2 cups)
Instructions:
In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and horseradish on medium speed,
scraping bowl often, until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Spread about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture evenly on one tortilla.
Arrange 6 spinach leaves over the cream cheese. Place 2 slices of roast
beef over spinach. Sprinkle about 1/3 cup cheese over roast beef. Roll
tortilla up very tightly -- wrap with plastic wrap as you roll.
Repeat the rolling process with the with remaining tortillas. Refrigerate
at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch slices. Place pinwheels on serving
plate and enjoy!
