Stuffed Mushrooms




Instructions:
Put the arugula and herbs into the bowl of a food processor. Add garlic, butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice and process until thoroughly mixed. Use a small spatula to press the butter mixture into the well of the mushrooms. Press the top of the mushroom into the cheese. Grill the mushrooms until the cheese and butter melt. Serve with sliced French bread to catch the butter.
