Chocolate Mint Coffee
- 3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup instant coffee
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 6 peppermint candies, crushed In blender
Instructions:
Process all ingredients until candies are pulverized. Store in an
airtight container.
To prepare coffee:
Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mix in a mug.
Add 6 oz. of boiling water. Garnish with whipped cream and stir
with a candy cane.
