Peppermint Hot Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- dash salt
- 6 hard peppermint candies, crushed
Instructions:
Combine everything and mix well. Store in tightly covered
container. To serve, spoon 2 to 3 Tablespoons mix into cup or mug; fill
with boiling water.
