Virginia Slush
- 1/2 pint rum
- 1 3oz package lime gelatin powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 46 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
- 6 ounces lemonade, frozen concentrate
Instructions:
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in one quart hot water; add remaining
ingredients. Fill with cold water to make one gallon. (3 1/2 cups).
Freeze.
To serve, remove from freezer about 1/2 hour before serving
and scoop into double old fashioned type glass.
