Strawberry Nut Bread
Strawberry Nut Bread
- 20 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup oil
- 2 Cups sugar
- 3 Cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and berries. Slowly add in dry
ingredients. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Bake 350 in either one large
greased bread pan or two smaller pans for about one hour, or until
toothpick inserted center comes out clean.
