Breakfast Before
- 1 pound spicy bulk sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 to 2 slices bread, cubed
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Fry sausage, onion and green bell pepper until sausage is no longer
pink. Drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and dry mustard. Grease a 9
X 13 inch baking dish. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in the dish.
Pour eggs on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes
before cutting.
