Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb of bulk pork sausage
- 1 package of refrigerated crescents rolls
- 1 small bag of "Tater Tots", plain
- 1 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar or Monterey jack or Swiss cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. Bake Tater Tots according to the directions. Separate
crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan, with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Sprinkle with potatoes. Sprinkle with the sausage and top with cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
NOTE: This recipe can be put together the night
before, except the eggs and milk. In the morning add the eggs and milk and bake.
