Brunch Casserole
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 4 cups grated sharp cheese
- 3 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage; browned and drained, bacon, cooked, ham, or Can Bacon
- 4 cups milk
- 8 eggs
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Place hashbrowns in a 9 x 13" (use larger pan than that) pan. Layer with cheese. Cover with browned and drained sausage or other breakfast meat. Layer with mushrooms. Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Pour Over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or 350 degrees for 1 hour. Halfway through baking, blend:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup and
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Spread over casserole and complete baking.
