Cream Cheese Kolacky
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter (no substitutes)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Filling, such as apricot or prune butter, cheese, or thick preserves.
Instructions:
Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature; add flour and
blend well. Put in bowl and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until ready to
bake. Roll out very thin and cut with small glass, such as a wine
glass. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and indent center of each. Spread
filling in center and bake at 350F about 10 minutes or until slightly
browned. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
