Spicy Scrambled Eggs
Spicy Scrambled Eggs
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 1 large tomato chopped finely
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tbs cilantro leaves finely chopped
- 2 tbs groundnut/corn oil
- pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onions till transparent. Add
tomatoes,turmeric and chilies and cook for 2 minutes till tomatoes
wilt. Stir in beaten eggs and seasoning and cook till the eggs are
just cooked and soft. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with
buttered toast.
