Double Fudge Brownie Bars
Double Fudge Brownie Bars
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Double Fudge Brownie Mix (or any brand)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (6-oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 13 X 9-inch pan. Combine brownie mix, contents of fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 18 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over brownie base, then sprinkle with peanut butter chips, pecans and coconut. Pour milk over top. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until
light golden brown. Cool completely in pan. Cut into bars.
NOTE: You can substitute butterscotch chips for peanut butter chips.
