Fudge Brownies
Fudge Brownies
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Real Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa
- 1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted
- 3/4 Cup Sifted Flour
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecan or Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Grease a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into the greased pan and bake at 325F for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Be careful not to over bake.
TIP: Brownies cut more neatly if they are completely cooled first, as hard as that may be to do.
