Black Walnut Pound Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup black walnuts
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
Instructions:
Add ingredients to large mixer bowl in order given. Beat on high
for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
