Buttercake
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cup flour
Instructions:
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the almond extract, egg and flour. Mix until smooth. Pat into a buttered and floured spring form pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
