Lemon Cake
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
FROSTING:
- 1 - 6 oz. can lemonade concentrate
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
Beat all of the cake ingredients and pour into greased oblong cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Then Mix the frosting ingredients and pour over hot cake that has been pricked with fork. Return to oven 5 minutes with oven off. (use large meat fork to prick cake with.)
