Christmas Philly Cake

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1 1/4 cups white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup mixed fruit
• 1 cup red cherries
• 1 cup green cherries
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 pineapple rings, cut up

Instructions:
Combine butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, fruit, and nuts. Bake at 325F for 1 hour and 20 minutes in an angel food cake pan.
