Christmas Philly Cake
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup mixed fruit
- 1 cup red cherries
- 1 cup green cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 pineapple rings, cut up
Instructions:
Combine butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and
vanilla and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, fruit, and
nuts. Bake at 325F for 1 hour and 20 minutes in an angel
food cake pan.
