Cream Cheese Mints



Instructions:
Cream cheese well in heavy duty mixer. If using only 1 color put in now. It makes the color more uniform. Slowly add powdered sugar. Dough will become very stiff at the end, only add milk if it looks very dry. Add the mint flavoring when you have put in about 3/4 of the sugar. Roll into small balls roll in regular sugar and put into mold, unmold and refrigerate.
