Chunky Macadamia Nut-White Chocolate Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chip morsels
- 2 jars (3.5 oz) jars macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Beat butter at med speed with electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add egg and
vanilla, mixing well.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in
morsels and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 min or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
