Many Moons



Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat margarine or butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar gradually. Blend in vanilla. Mix together flour and salt and add to first mixture. Stir in oats. Shape into crescents on an ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 3 dozen. Bake about 25 minutes. After baking, and while they are still a bit warm, shake them a few at a time in a plastic bag with some powdered sugar for a coating.
