Rum Bars
- 1 roll of refrigerator cookie dough (sugar or chocolate chip work best)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 8 ounce pkg. Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Rum extract
Instructions:
Cut dough into 1/4" thick slices. Place slices in greased 13"X9" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour on cookie. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
