Triple Chocolate Mint Bars
Triple Chocolate Mint Bars
- 20-22 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups mint flavored semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Crush cookies with filling until finely ground (should measure 2
cups);
press onto bottom of greased 13x9" baking pan. Layer pecans, 1 1/4
cups
chips and coconut over crumbs; drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
Bake
in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 min. or until coconut is light
golden
brown around edges. Cool in pan. Microwave remaining 1/4 cup chips in
heavy-duty plastic bag on HIGH (100 percent) power for 30 seconds.
Knead
until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle chocolate
over
bars. Chill for 5 min. to set chocolate. Cut into 2 1/2x1" bars.
