Sour Cream Fruit Nut Softies
Sour Cream Fruit Nut Softies
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz. container)
- 1 6-oz. pkg. (1 cup) Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking
soda, nutmeg and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter and
sugar; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture
alternately with sour cream. Stir in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels,
raisins and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
about 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen 2 1-2" cookies
