Sweetheart Cookies

• 1 box red velvet cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 can vanilla frosting
• red sugar or Valentine's sprinkles

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Sift the cake mix, then mix it with the eggs and oil. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Roll each into a uniform-sized ball. Bake for 7 minutes; allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 1 minute, then remove to a rack to continue cooling. When cookies are cooled, frost with vanilla frosting and top with sugar or sprinkles.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
