1 (3pound) pork roast, trimmed of fat, and cut into thin strips
3/4 cups choped onion
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
18 sandwich buns, split
Instructions:
Directions In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine
all ingredients except buns; mix well. Cover; cook on
low seting for 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.
Spoon about 1/3 cup pork mixture into each sandwich
bun.
