Crock Pot Chili Con Carne
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1Tsp salt
- 1 to 2Tsps chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2 16 ounce cans kidney beans
Instructions:
Cook ground beef until brown, drain off fat. Combine beef with remaining
ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Remove
bay leaf.
Serves 4 to 6
