Hawaiian Chicken
- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (2
to 3 lbs)
- 1 can (16-oz) pineapple chuncks, drained
- 1 can (15 oz)mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground (or finely chopped) ginger
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3
hours.
