Missouri Chicken
Missouri Chicken (Crock Pot)
- 7 oz. French dressing
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 7 to 8 oz. jar apricot jam
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
Instructions:
Salt, pepper and brown chicken; place in crock-pot.
Combine French dressing, jam and onion soup in saucepan; bring
to simmer. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until ingredients are mixed
well. Pour over chicken. Cover; turn on high. Bring to
simmer and turn to low; cook 3 to 4 hours.
