Sausage & Potatoes
- 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced into 3/4 inch slices
- 2 lb package hash brown potatoes (frozen)
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 soup can of milk
Instructions:
Combine sausage, hash browns, onion, pepper and garlic in well buttered crock pot. Stir gently to mix. Whisk together soup and
milk. Pour over ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours.
