Swiss Crockpot Chicken
- 4 each chicken breasts
- 1 box stovetop chicken or turkey stuffing; mix
- 19 ounces chunky chicken corn chowder soup
- 1/4 lb swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese; (optional)
Instructions:
Spray crockpot with Pam or other vegetable spray. Layer chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Cover with sliced swiss cheese. In separate bowl, combine soup, uncooked stuffing mix and herb packet from box, and optional white wine. Spread mixed ingredients as next and last layer in crockpot. Sprinkle with parmesan (optional). Cook on high for approximately 4 hours or low for approximately 8 hours
