Applechiladas



Instructions:
Spray an 11x7 pan with Pam. Lay tortilla out and spoon about 1/4 cup of pie filling just below the middle. Roll up tortilla and cut in half. Lay into pan seam side down. Repeat with more tortillas.
In medium saucepan, boil water, butter, sugar, and a dash of almond extract. Once it has combined, remove from heat and pour over tortillas, covering thoroughly. Let the sauce soak in for about 20 minutes, and flip the tortillas over once to get both sides covered.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar. Serve warm. (This is GREAT with ice cream!)
