Banana Pudding
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter flavoring
- 1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
- 3-5 bananas
Instructions:
Combine first three ingredients, press into pan, and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and crumble. Mix vanilla pudding mix, evaporated milk, enough water to make 2 1/4 cups liquid, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, and butter flavoring. Combine and beat at low speed until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer pudding, bananas, and crumbled crust. End up with crust on top, as it will keep the bananas from turning dark.
