Banana Split Dessert

• vanilla wafers
• banana pudding
• bananas (sliced)
• chocolate syrup
• 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
• 1 lg. can strawberry or cherry pie filling (whichever you prefer)
• chopped nuts
• whipped cream (canned is best for decorative purposes)

Instructions:
Line a 13x9x2in. pan with the vanilla wafers...bottom and sides. Put a 1/2 inch layer of the vanilla pudding. Layer bananas over that, then a layer of the pie filling of your choice, then the pineapple, then chocolate syrup followed by the nuts.....then do ANOTHER layer of the same thing. End up with the whipped cream, making peaks along the top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
