Cherry Cordial Dessert
Cherry Cordial Dessert
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 4 (1.45 oz.) milk chocolate bars, finely chopped
- 1 cup maraschino cherries (no stems), halved
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- sweetened whipped cream
- grated semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- extra whole cherries (with stems), for garnish
Instructions:
Gently combine first four ingredients; spoon into 9-inch springform pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Place dessert on a
serving platter, and remove rim from springform pan. Garnish with whipped cream, grated chocolate, and extra cherries. To serve, spoon about 1 tablespoon creme de cacao over each slice. Serve immediately.
Serves 8 - 10.
