Hawaiian Delight
- 1 pint (16 Oz. whip creme)
- 1 20oz. well drained crushed pineapple
- 1 10 1/2 oz. of regular miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of sugar (white)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or real)
- 3/4 cups of nuts,finely chopped - walnuts, pecans or almonds
Instructions:
First of all in a medium bowl add the whip creme and sugar. Beat on
high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and
continue beating until stiff peaks form. Then add the well drained
pineapple and nuts and marshmallows. Carefully fold into the whipped
creme mixture until well coated. Then put in the refrigerate to get
well chilled. Then serve when ready. This dessert salad will serve
6-8 people nicely.
