Instant Pudding Pie
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup stick margarine
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 3/4 cup pecans,chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
Instructions:
Crust:
Mix together flour, margarine, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Pat into 12X inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool
First layer:
Mix together cream cheese remaining powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. pour onto cooled crust.
Second layer:
Mix together vanilla instant pudding and milk. Pour onto first layer.
Third layer:
Pour remaining Cool Whip on top of second layer. Top as you like with flake coconut, chocolate swirls, or chopped pecans.
